Workshop Description Make and Feast: Maltese Chocolate, Food & Wine is a hands-on 3-hour workshop at Malta Chocolate Factory in Bugibba, Malta, designed for adults aged 18 and over. This immersive food and wine experience combines chocolate-making, Maltese cuisine, and local wine into one memorable afternoon. Guests create their own dark chocolate & Maltese ice-cream mousse cake from scratch while learning techniques used to build and finish a layered dessert. Alongside the workshop, you'll enjoy a lunch featuring traditional Maltese flavours and sample Maltese wines while discovering the stories behind the island's food and winemaking heritage. It's a unique culinary experience in Malta and an ideal activity for couples, friends, food lovers, and visitors looking for something beyond traditional sightseeing. What happens during the workshop? During this hands-on experience, you'll create your own chocolate mousse cake under the guidance of our team, learning each step from preparation to the final decoration. After the workshop session, you'll enjoy a lunch featuring local Maltese dishes and taste a selection of Maltese wines while learning about Malta's culinary traditions and winemaking history. At the end of the experience, you'll take your completed chocolate mousse cake home with you. How long does it last? Approximately 3 hours. Is it suitable for kids? No. This workshop is designed for adults and is suitable for guests aged 18 and above. Do I need experience? No. The workshop is suitable for complete beginners as well as anyone who enjoys baking, chocolate, food, or wine experiences. How big are the groups? We keep group sizes small, with a maximum of 6 participants, allowing for a relaxed and personal experience with plenty of hands-on involvement. Where is it held?
