THE PARTY
During this fun packed 2 hour party each child will be given a chocolate ball and disc, chocolate glue, chocolate paint and lots of decorations. This is a really creative activity in which the children can let their imaginations run wild and create any 3D character they want. The children are gently guided through the process by the party host. Their creations will then be displayed for the remainder of the party before being packaged and added to the party bags at the end of the party.
The chocolate making session lasts for about 60 minutes during which the children will learn all about chocolate, where it comes from, how it's manufactured and its history as well as fun and sometimes gruesome facts! They will also learn about a chocolatiers day and some basic kitchen rules all of which are delivered in an age appropriate and fun manner.
After the chocolate making session is finished food will be served. Our party food platter includes items like a pizza spiral, sausage roll, chicken nugget, sandwich and handmade cheese biscuit. Water is served throughout the party.
Once the food is finished it is time to burn off some of the chocolate high by playing party games and dancing like crazy people! Towards the end of the party the cake is presented and happy birthday is sung (all organised by your party host). When the children are seated and eating cake the party bags are handed out to each child.
Happy birthday is wished one last time and the parents are thanked! After the guests have left your host will pack up any remaining cake and help pack up any decorations you have brought with you and organise the bill so that you can settle the balance of payment before heading home for a well earned rest!

PARENTS
Our café downstairs from The Experience Centre is a perfect place for parents to sit and chat during the birthday party. We have pastries & cakes, coffees & teas, hot chocolates, cold drinks & alcoholic beverages available on our extensive chocolate focussed menu.
We have two options available if you want to provide a food and drink service to parents.
Open a Tab... We can open a table account for you which you can pay at the end of the birthday party.You get to choose the options of items available on your tab. We can discuss this prior to the birthday party. You just make parents aware of what is included and they can come up to our counter to order. We can add those items you have approved to your table account. If parents want something outside of that (example spirits or cocktails) we can direct charge for these with the parent at the time of ordering.
Sharing Platters for Parents... Order one of our delicious platters to enjoy downstairs in our café whilst the children have fun upstairs. Choose from either Meat, Cheese or Vegan options served with dips and a selection of fresh and preserved vegetables with grissini, breads, crackers and of course chocolate! The platters are priced at €15 and feed 2-4 people. Pre-ordering of this option is advised.
FAQ
Do you cater for food allergies? Yes. With advanced notice we can cater for Gluten Free, Vegan and Lactose Free.
Can I bring my own cake? Yes. You can and at no extra charge. We even supply normal candles, napkins, plates and spoons.
Do I need to bring plates and cups? No. we provide all of this.
Can I bring my own party bags? Yes. You can or you can add little gifts to the party bags we already provide.
Can children below the age of 5 take part in the party? We always say ‘If the child can write their own name and use a pair of scissors independently’ they will be able to manage the chocolate making on their own. If they can’t do this, they will need an adult to supervise them during the party.
Can parents stay in the venue during the party? Yes. However, we always recommend allowing the children the freedom to enjoy the party independently. So have a coffee and well deserved 2-hour break, whilst our team takes care of everything.
Can we bring our own decorations? Yes. You can bring your own tablecloth for the cake tables and balloons. We don’t allow confetti or sprinkles
What time can we access the venue? You are more than welcome to come and set up 30 minutes before your booked time.
Where are you located in Bugibba? We are just off the Bugibba Square. Face McDonalds and we are to the right diagonally opposite
Where can parents park? Parking is always difficult in Malta, please allow ample time to find parking. As we are located on a pedestrian street you can’t park in front of our venue.
