Workshop Description The Truffle Making Master Class is a hands-on chocolate workshop at Malta Chocolate Factory in Bugibba, Malta, suitable for ages 8 and above. During this one-hour experience, guests learn the art of creating handcrafted chocolate truffles from scratch, guided by our experienced chocolatiers. You'll discover the techniques behind smooth, flavourful ganache, experiment with different decorations and finishes, and create 12 handmade truffles to take home in a beautifully presented gift box. Along the way, you'll also explore the fascinating history of chocolate, making this one of the most enjoyable and educational chocolate experiences in Malta. What happens during the workshop? During this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to create chocolate truffles using professional techniques and quality ingredients. Our team will guide you through the process of making ganache, shaping truffles, and decorating them to create a collection that's uniquely your own. You'll also learn about the origins of chocolate and its journey from ancient cultures to the modern chocolate industry. How long does it last? Approximately 1 hour. Is it suitable for kids? Yes. The workshop is suitable for guests aged 8 and above, making it a fun activity for children, families, and adults who enjoy chocolate and creative experiences. Do I need experience? No. The workshop is designed for complete beginners as well as anyone interested in learning more about chocolate and truffle making. How big are the groups? We accept groups of up to 15 participants at a time. We can also accommodate larger groups of up to 45 people for team-building events, school groups, and similar occasions, but these must be arranged in advance by contacting us first.
